We’re looking for a Telemarketing Advisor to join our Telemarketing team, who are responsible for promoting our great beer brands, such as Marston’s Pedigree, Wainwright, Hobgoblin and Bombardier to multiple pub companies.

Working in a target-based environment, you will support ongoing sales, generate leads and work to gain new listings and maintain strong relationships with permanent stockists. You will deliver a “best in class” service to a range of internal and external customers.

Could you?

  • Build strong relationships with operators within competitor pub companies
  • Use research and knowledge of our industry and brands to generate leads and gain new listings
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Cleanse and maintain the customer database
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet sales targets set by the Telemarketing Team Leader

Are you?

  • An experienced Telesales Advisor/Executive
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and able to build a rapport with customers over the telephone
  • Focused on delivering a great level of service to a range of customers
  • Self-sufficient and motivated by working in a target-driven environment
  • Able to use Microsoft products and CRM
  • Passionate about the brewing industry
