This is an exciting time to be joining our Marston’s family!
We have a vacancy for a Regional Operations Administrator to join our team based in our Wolverhampton head office. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You will quickly build a rapport with key customers as they contact you for support with general queries. You will deliver great customer service time after time.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Dealing with customers queries
  • Placing orders for pubs e.g. Uniforms, hoovers – the list goes on!
  • Fulfilling our online voucher system
  • Providing support for holiday and sickness cover

Who we’re looking for…

  • Someone whose middle name is ‘organised’.
  • Working within a busy administrative background is preferred but not essential and competent computer skills.
  • A first class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
  • Perceptive, with good attention to detail.
  • A team player. One Dream – One team.
  • SAP Experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to prioritise your workload and manage deadlines effectively.
