We are looking for an individual with an interest in recruitment to join our Resourcing and Talent Team as a Recruitment Co-ordinator to be based at our award winning head office in Wolverhampton. 

In this fixed term role, initially for 6 months, you will provide administration support to the Resourcing and Talent team and as well as act as the initial point of contact for candidates making recruitment enquiries for opportunities across the group.

You will need to advise applicants of our recruitment processes, fully understand our agreements, and be a first line response for all inbound calls and email enquiries.

You will also support the Recruitment Advisors in screening applicants and co-ordinating credit checks to assess the suitability of candidates, create job adverts and arrange marketing requests via our media agency

  • A confident personality with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to keep candidates engaged by providing information on our application and recruitment processes and our range of agreements & opportunities on offer.
  • The ability to conduct credit checks and interpret results to ensure we are placing the best talent into our roles.
  • Competent copy writing skills in order to create engaging job adverts
  • The ability to co-ordinate marketing requests with a third party agency.
  • Excellent time management, highly organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Good IT and social media skills
  • An understanding of applicant tracking systems would be desirable

The role could suit someone with exposure (but not limited) to some of the following backgrounds…

  • An administration background from a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment environment
  • Lettings agency background – experience of selling a property and creating content for adverts.
  • Customer contact centre background – experience of handling phone and email enquiries and providing solutions to customers over the phone or in writing.
