Marston’s Beer Company is hosting an open evening on 10th October 2018 for people who are interested in finding out about careers in our Customer Service department.

Our Customer Service team, based at Marston’s House in Wolverhampton, is critical to the success of our business. Our Advisors deal with new and existing customers, taking orders, ensuring our systems are kept up to date and capitalising upon opportunities to upsell. They have a broad range of administrative responsibilities as well as providing aftersales support and work with stakeholders across the business. There’s always plenty going on, but if you enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment then it could be right up your street. We work hard, but we have fun doing it! And if you’re ambitious and keen to progress, then our Customer Service roles are a great stepping stone to further your career with us in Sales, Marketing and more.
